Tearms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 10, 2026  |  Last Updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or accessing any course offered through designerslearnai.com ("Website") by Natalia Konyuhova, a sole trader, based in Budapest, Hungary ("Seller", "I", "Me", "My"). These Terms apply to all courses currently available, including AI for Interior Designers and Canva for Interior Designers (each a "Course", collectively the "Courses").

By completing a purchase or accessing the Course, you ("Buyer", "You", "Your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Course.

  • "Platform" means the Systeme.io-hosted website at designerslearnai.com through which the Course is delivered.

  • "Account" means the individual login credentials (username and password) issued to the Buyer upon successful payment.

  • "Personal Use" means use of the Course Materials solely for the Buyer's own learning and professional development, and not for any commercial resale, redistribution, or instructional delivery to third parties.

2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By purchasing the Course, You confirm and represent that:

3. Seller Information and Tax Status

The Course is sold by:

If you require a company invoice for accounting or tax purposes, you must not proceed with the purchase.

3A. Registration, Subscription, and Communications

When you interact with the Seller in any of the following ways — including contacting the Seller with an enquiry, reaching out via social media, visiting or submitting information through the Website (www.designerslearnai.com), accessing free downloadable materials, or enrolling in a Course — your email address will be recorded and you agree to receive electronic newsletters and updates from Natalia Konyuhova.

You are free to stop receiving emails from the Seller at any time. To do so, use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any email or send a direct request to hello@designerslearnai.com. Details on how your personal data is used in connection with email communications are set out in the Seller’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

Certain products or services offered by the Seller may be made available on a newsletter subscription basis. You may end it at any time by writing to hello@designerslearnai.com.

4. Course Description and Content

4.1 Format and Structure

The Sellers’ Courses are fully pre-recorded, self-paced online programmes. Each programme module contains a combination of video lessons and accompanying PDF materials. There are no live sessions, real-time interactions, or personal coaching included in the standard Course offering unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4.2 Course Platform

The Course is hosted on Systeme.io and delivered through the Seller's website. Access is provided via a unique username and password issued to the Buyer upon confirmed payment. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the Platform.

4.3 Course Language

All Course Materials, including video lessons, are provided in English. Written transcriptions of all video content are also provided in English. No translation or multilingual support is included.

4.4 Accuracy and Educational Purpose

The Course content reflects the Seller's professional knowledge and experience at the time of production. Given the rapidly evolving nature of artificial intelligence tools and design workflows, some information may become outdated over time. The Seller will endeavour to issue relevant updates within the 12-month update period described in Section 5, but does not warrant that all content will remain current beyond that period.

5. Access, and Updates

5.1 Immediate Access upon Payment

The Launch Date of the Course is June 16, 2026. Upon successful processing of payment via Stripe, login credentials will be automatically delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Access to the Course begins immediately upon receipt of credentials and is guaranteed for 24 months from the Launch Date, through June 16, 2028. Free content updates are included for 12 months from the Launch Date, through June 16, 2027.

The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or third-party email provider issues. If credentials are not received within 24 hours of purchase, the Buyer should contact hello@designerslearnai.com.

5.2 Course Access Period

The Launch Date of the Course is June 16, 2026. Each purchase grants the Buyer individual access to the purchased Course for 24 months from the Launch Date, regardless of the individual purchase date.

Access is therefore guaranteed through June 16, 2028, provided that:

The Buyer's Account remains in good standing and has not been terminated under Section 12;

The Platform remains operational.

After June 16, 2028, the Seller is under no obligation to maintain access to the Course. The Seller will provide notice of any planned discontinuation via a prominent announcement on the Website at least 30 days in advance.

5.3 12-Month Updates

All Buyers who purchase the Course receive free access to all content updates issued within 12 months of the Launch Date (June 16, 2026). The update period therefore covers updates released through June 16, 2027.

"Updates" include new or revised video lessons, updated PDF materials, and additional modules or resources added to the Course during this period. Updates do not include separately launched courses, masterclasses, coaching programmes, or products offered at an additional price.

After the 12-month update period, the Seller reserves the right to introduce significant course revisions or new versions as separate products available at an additional cost. Access to the original purchased version of the Course will remain available for the remainder of the 24-month access period (through June 16, 2028) as described in Section 5.2.

5.4 Single-User Access

Each Account is issued for the sole personal use of the individual Buyer. Sharing, transferring, or reselling login credentials is strictly prohibited. The Seller reserves the right to revoke access without refund if Account sharing is detected, at its sole discretion.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Price and Currency

The Purchase Price is displayed in Euro (EUR) on the Website at the time of checkout. The price is inclusive of any applicable charges unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Processor

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. By submitting payment, you authorise Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the full Purchase Price. The Seller does not store your card or banking details. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.3 One-Time Payment

The Course is offered as a one-time purchase only. There is no recurring subscription, annual renewal, or membership fee associated with the Course. The Buyer pays once and receives access as described in Section 5. The Seller does not offer instalment plans unless explicitly stated in a separate written promotion.

6.4 Failed or Declined Payments

In the event of a failed or declined payment, no Course access will be granted. The Buyer should retry the payment or contact hello@designerslearnai.com for assistance. The Seller is not liable for any loss resulting from a payment failure caused by the Buyer's bank or payment method.

6.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Seller in good faith constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, the Seller reserves the right to immediately suspend Account access and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal remedies. The Buyer acknowledges that chargebacks do not substitute for the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

7. Receipts and Documentation

Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe and a receipt or invoice from the Seller. To enable the Seller to issue an accurate receipt or invoice, the Buyer is required to provide the following information at the time of purchase or upon request: full name; country, city, and street address; and telephone number. The Seller cannot issue a receipt or invoice without these details being provided.

As set out in Section 3, receipts can be issued only to private individuals. The Seller cannot provide VAT invoices, company receipts, or any documentation addressed to a business entity. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the Course purchase is appropriate for their personal accounting and tax situation before completing the transaction.

8. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (and its Hungarian implementation under Act V of 2013 and Government Decree 45/2014), consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for distance selling. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as online courses), where:

  • Performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's prior express consent; and

  • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, You expressly consent to the immediate commencement of delivery of the digital Course content, and You acknowledge and agree that You thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed by your acceptance of these Terms at checkout.

8.2 General No-Refund Policy

All Course sales are final. Given the immediate delivery of digital content and the irrevocable nature of access once credentials are issued, the Seller does not offer refunds as a matter of general policy.

8.3 Exceptional Refund Consideration

Notwithstanding Section 8.2, the Seller may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests submitted under all of the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted in writing to hello@designerslearnai.com within 14 days of the original purchase date;

  • The Buyer provides their full name, purchase date, and order reference number;

  • The Buyer demonstrates that they accessed and engaged with the Course Materials and provides specific, substantive reasons why the content did not meet a reasonable standard of quality;

  • The Buyer has not violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibition on Account sharing or content distribution.

Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. The Seller's decision on all refund requests is final.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Upon refund, Course access will be immediately revoked.

8.4 No Refunds Under Any Other Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase;

  • Failure to access or engage with the Course;

  • Dissatisfaction with the pace, format, or style of the Course that could have been assessed from publicly available previews or descriptions;

  • Technical issues caused by the Buyer's own device, browser, or internet connection;

  • The Buyer's inability to apply the Course content to their specific professional context;

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window;

  • Requests that do not meet all criteria in Section 8.3.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Course Materials, including but not limited to video recordings, PDF documents, written guides, templates, graphics, brand assets, course structure, and any other content produced by the Seller, are the exclusive intellectual property of Natalia Konyuhova and are protected under Hungarian copyright law (Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright) and applicable EU and international copyright regulations.

Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course Materials solely for their own personal and professional development. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and does not permit the Buyer to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Course Material in whole or in part;

  • Share, distribute, upload, broadcast, or stream any Course Material to third parties;

  • Sell, resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any Course Material;

  • Use Course Materials as the basis for a competing course, workshop, training programme, or any educational product;

  • Translate, adapt, or create derivative works from Course Materials without prior written consent;

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding present in Course Materials.

Any unauthorised use of Course Materials constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of the Seller's intellectual property rights. The Seller reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

10. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions set out in Section 9, the Buyer agrees not to:

  • Provide, share, or disclose their login credentials to any other person;

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform;

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to download, extract, or replicate Course content;

  • Use the Course Materials in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent;

  • Defame, harass, or make false representations about the Seller or the Course in any public or private forum;

  • Engage in any conduct that could damage the Seller's reputation, business, or intellectual property.

Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account termination without refund and may expose the Buyer to civil or criminal liability.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Informational Purpose Only

The Courses are designed to provide information, useful tools, and resources to support the Buyer in developing or enhancing relevant skills and capabilities in areas of interest. The Seller does not provide formal teaching, tutoring, or instruction; the Courses are informational resources, not educational programmes in a regulatory sense. The content reflects the Seller’s professional knowledge and personal perspective. Nothing in the Courses constitutes professional design consultancy, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of commercial results.

11.2 No Warranty

The Course and all Course Materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Seller does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

11.3 AI Tools and Third-Party Platforms

The Course makes reference to various third-party AI tools, software platforms, and services. These tools are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability, which may change without notice. The Seller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party tool referenced in the Course. The Buyer's use of any referenced tool is entirely at their own risk and discretion.

11.4 Results Not Guaranteed

Individual results from applying the Course content will vary based on skill level, effort, business context, and other factors beyond the Seller's control. The Seller makes no representations that the Buyer will achieve any specific professional outcome, income level, or business result from completing the Course.

11.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's total liability to the Buyer for any claim arising from or related to the Course or these Terms shall not exceed the Purchase Price paid by the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity;

  • Loss of data or digital content;

  • Damage to professional reputation;

  • Any loss resulting from reliance on Course content or third-party tools referenced in the Course.

11.6 Applicable Law and Territorial Scope

The Courses and all associated products and services are designed and offered in compliance with current Hungarian legislation. Natalia Konyuhova cannot be held responsible for any failure of the Course content or its application to comply with the laws, regulations, or professional standards of any country other than Hungary. Buyers accessing the Courses from outside Hungary do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Courses is lawful in their jurisdiction.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the Buyer's Account access, without prior notice and without refund, in any of the following circumstances:

  • The Buyer shares, transfers, or resells their login credentials;

  • The Buyer distributes, reproduces, or commercially exploits Course Materials in violation of Section 9;

  • The Buyer engages in any prohibited conduct under Section 10;

  • The Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith;

  • The Buyer provides false information at the time of purchase (including purchasing as a business entity).

Upon termination, the Buyer's licence to access Course Materials is immediately revoked. No refund or compensation will be provided in connection with a termination arising from the Buyer's own breach.

13. Platform Availability and Technical Interruptions

The Seller will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the Platform and Course Materials. However, access may be temporarily interrupted due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance;

  • Technical failures of the Systeme.io hosting platform or related infrastructure;

  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, or regulatory changes affecting platform operations;

  • Changes to or discontinuation of the Systeme.io service.

The Seller will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform. In the event of a prolonged or permanent disruption, the Seller will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and explore alternative delivery methods where feasible.

14. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

The Seller processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable Hungarian data protection law.

By purchasing the Course, the Buyer consents to the collection and processing of the following personal data for the purposes stated:

  • Name and email address — for Account creation, course access delivery, and customer communications;

  • Payment details — processed and stored by Stripe only; the Seller does not retain card or banking data;

  • Purchase history — for receipt issuance and record-keeping as required under Hungarian tax law.

The Seller will not sell, rent, or share the Buyer's personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with Stripe and Systeme.io solely as necessary to deliver the Course and process payment.

The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Data retention periods and further details are set out in the Seller's Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Course, the Buyer is encouraged to contact the Seller in the first instance by email at hello@designerslearnai.com. The Seller will endeavour to respond within 5 business days and to resolve the matter amicably.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the Buyer and the Seller agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hungary, with primary jurisdiction vested in the courts of Budapest.

The Seller is not obligated to participate in any specific alternative dispute resolution procedure beyond the above unless required by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, including but not limited to:

  • Act V of 2013 — Hungarian Civil Code;

  • Act LXXVI of 1999 — Hungarian Copyright Act;

  • Government Decree 45/2014 on consumer contracts concluded between a consumer and a business;

  • EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights;

  • EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Any conflict between these Terms and mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law shall be resolved in favour of the applicable EU legal provisions.

17. Amendments to These Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing Buyers by email to the address provided at checkout and will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date.

For existing Buyers, changes will take effect 14 days after notification unless the Buyer objects in writing. Continued use of the Course after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Buyer objects to material changes, they may contact the Seller to discuss the matter; however, the Seller is not obligated to maintain prior Terms indefinitely.

Purchases made prior to any amendment shall be subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase with respect to refund rights and access conditions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Seller's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller with respect to the Course and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
